We define impact across three dimensions: access to healing spaces and practices, food and agricultural sovereignty for underserved communities, and the restoration of ancestral knowledge as a form of community care.
This work is grounded in the Y Grace ecosystem, in clinical partnership with Healing Pathways Foundation and in service of the communities that need healing infrastructure most.
